Release | Moby - The Drum & Bass Remixes | Shogun Audio

It seems Moby is the hottest name to be remixed at the moment. Several weeks ago we have informed our readers about the Techno remixes over several of the artist's tracks, released by Suara. Now it is on the DnB heads to show their skills of reworking four of the Moby's hits. The "Moby -The Drum and Bass Remixes" is going to be released on May 5th by the UK giants of Shogun Audio.

Exclusively called upon by the iconic Moby ahead of his brand new album, Shogun are proud to present the official drum & bass remix EP of some of his most successful music. A huge fan of the label, Moby’s place in popular music culture around the world is undeniable and being chosen to create the D&B Remix EP has been an enormous privilege.

The fresh Shogun Audio recruits Pola & Bryson went on the rework of the Moby's classic "Porcelain". The Liquid-orientated duo Technimatic remixed the soulful "Why my heart feels so bad?", while the productive quartet Fourward made an aggressive Neuro rework over the decade old piece "Go". Icicle's version on the 'Natural Blues" shapes the releases with half-tempo DnB rearrangement.

“I'm honoured that Moby has chosen Shogun Audio as the exclusive drum & bass record label to remix some of his finest work. I remember the days of ‘Play' being a constant soundtrack for me. These are timeless tracks that will stay with me for a long time and to hear the likes of ‘Porcelain' and ‘Why Does My Heart’ remixed by some of the amazing artists on the label into D&B takes has been an amazing experience!” - Friction
