Several months ago we published our first article about Roll the Drums. The team from Belgrade caught our attentiont for the first time when they invited the Dutch Liquid machine Lenzman. That was reason enough not only to pay the event its due, with a publication, but to become a part from the sizable Bulgarian armada (30 people strong) that attended the event. The party was more than good and Roll the Drums deserved all of the admiration they got.
The next event in our Belgrade's friends' calendar is scheduled for December 16th. The British duo Technimatic is the guest-act, which will perform in the well-known DOT Club. The duo is among the most powerful Liquid projects right now and is a part of the mighty Shogun Audio. It seems that Roll the Drums are going to be the organization that's going to be responsible for the more melodic drum and bass parties in Serbia. Though young, the organization has already shown that it has a well-thought out concept and can afford to invited the biggest artists in the genre in their capital. Add them to the always ready Drop Sensei and the reasons to go to Serbia become more and more.
Other than the British guests, on stage we will see well-known artists from the last big party of RtD. Dzonidza, Bitz and Rim Runner will all get behind the decks, supported by established MCs like Don Dada and Bo_Jah. Tickets for the event are already on sale in Serbia's Eventim network Eventim Serbia (follow the link). Right now the price is 600 Serbian dinars, which is equal to around 10 Bulgarian leva or 5€.
